Shieldmaiden Lagertha - Nutsplanet

Finally I found chance to start my shieldmaiden project. Last year my jaw was dropped by the tutorial of Ben Komets shieldmaiden  Sure I never can repeat or catch the same finish like him but I will try to do follow his build as much as I can.  By the way this will improve my painting skills. 

I picked up little shorter plinth from my stock of wooden blocks. Sanded surfaces before masking and priming with Mr.Hobby's  grade 1500 black surfacer spray can. After having many troubles with the Vallejo's primer, I found this very primer excellent in my previous project...
